- FRASER PURFIT Review added: 2018.02.16★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆When I called up to query the room rate after booking the room for my boss and she had checked out telling me she was charged a more expensive tariff for room only I called to double check. I was told to check my email confirmation. The email was taken down incorrectly so no confirmation. Poor customer service and no interest in offering a positive outcome which potentially cancels any repeat business. Shortsighted in understanding the bigger picture.
